This update focuses on stability and making sure everything actually works the way it should in the packaged app.

Fixed an issue where forms weren’t loading in the built version by correctly pointing the app to the bundled _internal/forms directory. Applied the same fix to avatar assets so everything resolves properly from _internal/assets/avatars.

Simplified the update system by removing the user-facing manifest URL setting and locking it internally. This prevents configuration issues and keeps updates consistent.

Release builds are now live:

• 15 MB app
• 282 MB installer
• 373 MB portable ZIP

Deployed to itch:

• Main app for auto-updates
  • Patch size: 1.16 MiB (≈99.85% smaller updates)
• Installer channel (windows-installer) for new downloads

Auto-update system is fully working. Existing users will receive v1.0.1 automatically through the in-app updater. New users can install via the standard .exe.

All changes compiled cleanly with no errors.
